About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner, responsible for driving alignment, clarity, and disciplined execution across the organization. This role is pivotal in acting as a bridge between the CEO, executive leadership team, and investors, and will involve translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring consistent follow-through, and sitting at the intersection of strategy, governance, operations, and communication. The Chief of Staff will also be tasked with preparing board and investor materials, monitoring performance metrics, and providing insights to improve organizational effectiveness. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support roles, with a preference for those with a background in wealth management or financial services. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a high level of integrity, discretion, and an ownership mindset. An MBA or advanced degree is also preferred. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded operator to influence enterprise-level decision-making within a growth-oriented, PE-backed platform.
