Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 32 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in radiation therapy, healthcare professional license, no minimum years of experience required, Arizona residency or licensure preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in radiation therapy preferred
• Additional Information:
  1. Flu vaccine is required, with no exceptions
  2. 100 MILE RADIUS RULE candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
  3. RTO (Request Time Off): No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
  4. The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours do not apply
