What You Will Do

• Drive sales initiatives to establish and grow employer partnerships, focusing on innovative health solutions.
• Utilize HubSpot to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and optimize outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance member engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Present compelling value propositions to potential clients, demonstrating the impact on healthcare spend and employee well-being.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 510 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within health technology or related fields.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with employer clients.
• Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage sales processes effectively.
• Strong understanding of healthcare trends, particularly in relation to MSK issues and employer-sponsored health solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $125K to $165K, commensurate with experience. Our client offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employee health and well-being.
