What We’re Looking For

• ServiceTitan Knowledge - Familiarity with  ServiceTitan software is strongly preferred. From creating estimates and presenting options to processing invoices and capturing customer notes, efficiency and accuracy in ServiceTitan is a critical part of this role.
• High-Level Electrical Technical Skills -  This role requires a proven ability to perform  quality electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. The right candidate can confidently take on complex projects, ensure code compliance, and complete work to the highest professional standard.
•   Customer-Focused Mindset - Our Service Technicians are the  face of the company . We’re looking for someone who not only delivers excellent technical work but also knows how to  communicate solutions clearly , provide  top-tier customer service , and build lasting trust with clients.
