Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Home Health

Pay: $90,000-$117,000/year

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity!

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $5,000sign-on bonus* as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice
• Active Certification from the NBCOT
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
