You'll be part of a compassionate and person-centered team that celebrates your dedication and supports your growth.Your responsibilities will include:Providing hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.Supporting residents in participating in activities and social programs to promote engagement and well-being.Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.Upholding infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.Offering emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and comfort.What you'll bring:Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.A genuine passion for caring for older adults and individuals with complex health needs.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Reliability, compassion, and patience in all interactions.Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity.
