This is an amazing opportunity to join the Luxor Family and contribute to delivering exceptional long-term care, rehabilitation services, and senior living support.Position Overview – LNHA Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:Plan, organize, staff, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the nursing facility to ensure high-quality careMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and long-term care regulationsLead and support all departments, ensuring staff performance aligns with Luxor standards and healthcare best practicesPromote a positive and collaborative culture focused on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellenceEnsure policies and procedures are followed in accordance with SNF, Medicare/Medicaid, and company guidelinesLNHA Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications – What We're Looking For:Licensure: Must hold a current, unencumbered Nursing Facility Administrator's License in the State of MissouriEducation: At minimum, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred emphasis in Healthcare Administration or related field); Master's degree is preferredProven experience leading a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care facilityStrong leadership, communication, and operational skills with a deep understanding of nursing home regulations, compliance, and team developmentEEOC Statement:We're an equal opportunity employer.
