Your Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or independently (depending on your credentials)
• Empowering patients and families with insights on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Illinois
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
