Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy)

No experience is required! We provide the opportunity to start a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Please note: Training is unpaid, but eligible candidates can earn a bonus for completing it within one month.
Responsibilities- Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
- Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
- Track progress and record session data.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Work with families and the clinical team to support each child’s growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to commit to at least six months
- All positions start part-time.
- Services take place in clients’ homes or community settings.
- Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training course is mandatory.
- No prior experience is necessary!
