Apply today and help us build the future of civil engineering!Role accountabilities:Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projectsPreparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clientsLead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvementsLead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopmentsWorking with municipalities on necessary permitsProject management of site development or redevelopmentQualifications & Experience:An Ohio-licensed (PE) or PE-candidate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in land and site developmentExperience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work like: single-site and municipal-type projects, and the development of construction documents for public sector clients, including cities/counties/water districts, etc.Proficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and MicroStation (considered an asset)Excellent communication and writing skillsThe ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholdersWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $132,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
