This role requires a proactive individual who is curious, innovative, and capable of exploring new product features and releases, and applying them effectively to our projects.## Your Role\\*\\*Key Responsibilities:\\*\\* - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Explore and evaluate new Salesforce features and releases, and determine their applicability to ongoing projects. - Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business processes using Salesforce solutions. - Conduct user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce platforms. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system configurations. - Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Perform system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.## Your Skills and Experience- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with specific expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices. - Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases. - Forward looking and be aware of the future platform capabilities and ability to map to customer requirements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst are required. - Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus \\*\\*Desired Attributes:\\*\\* - Curiosity and a passion for innovation. - Ability to think strategically and relate new features to business needs. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proactive and self-motivated.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $52,480- $122,400.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
