Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 40 hours/week
Pay: $28-$42/hour DOE We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills while supporting production and quality goals.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 40 hours/week
Pay: $28-$42/hour DOE We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills while supporting production and quality goals.
Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate vertical and horizontal CNC mills
- Create and maintain programs using Mastercam
- Read blueprints and optimize machining processes
- Support production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
- Mastercam experience required
- Experience programming up to 5-axis (3+2) machining
- Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills
- SolidWorks experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
