Job Full Description

CNC Programmer/Machinist
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 40 hours/week
Pay: $28-$42/hour DOE

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills while supporting production and quality goals.

Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate vertical and horizontal CNC mills
Create and maintain programs using Mastercam
Read blueprints and optimize machining processes
Support production schedules and quality standards
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications:

5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
Mastercam experience required
Experience programming up to 5-axis (3+2) machining
Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills
SolidWorks experience preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
