Territory Sales Manager

Focused on identifying and closing new customer opportunities, the full-time remote Territory Sales Manager will generate a strong sales pipeline for packaging adhesives while managing all stages of the sales cycle and building relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through various outreach methods Proactively pursue and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets Manage all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, and proposal delivery Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on new business development Experience in industrial adhesives, packaging materials, or technical product sales preferred Technical aptitude with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline
