Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred
• Comfortable working with a diverse K-12 caseload
• Able to work full time (37.5 hours per week); consideration given to part-time applicants
• Availability to work onsite—remote or virtual assignments are not available
• SLP-CF candidates are not eligible for this role

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support academic and social success
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation of progress and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation and planning
• Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
