ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1986 after beginning my State Farm career in health claims. With my dad also having been a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to see the impact of agency ownership firsthand and knew I wanted to build an agency of my own. Staying connected to our community is important to us, and our agency participates in local events and outreach opportunities throughout the year - typically every other month. We offer health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where people can enjoy their careers while having opportunities to grow and succeed. Our culture is positive, team-oriented, and genuinely happy. As an Account Manager for Julie Schuld - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS:
