Henry Pump is a leading provider of water well systems, pumping solutions, automation controls, and related services serving the Permian Basin and surrounding markets. We are seeking a high-performing sales professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with business acumen and a deep understanding of the local Midland and Permian Basin business community.

This is not a traditional order-taking sales role. We are looking for a strategic sales professional who can identify opportunities, develop new business, understand financial drivers, and help grow market share across our core service lines.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, business development, account management, and market expansion. The ideal candidate has an established network throughout Midland, Odessa, and the Permian Basin and is comfortable discussing business operations, return on investment, operational efficiencies, and long-term customer solutions with business owners, operators, contractors, agricultural producers, and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Build and leverage an established network throughout Midland, Odessa, and the Permian & Delaware Basins.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across water well, pump, automation, and control system solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding account penetration.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, margins, and key business metrics to drive decision-making.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations that clearly communicate value and ROI.
• Partner with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Henry Pump at industry events, customer meetings, and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, reports, and sales activity metrics.
• Meet or exceed revenue, gross margin, and business development goals.

Desired qualifications include:

• Proven success in business-to-business sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong existing relationships and credibility within Midland, Odessa, and the Permian Basin markets.
• Ability to understand and discuss financial statements, profit drivers, business performance metrics, and operational challenges.
• Experience selling technical, industrial, construction, energy, automation, water infrastructure, or related solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing, customer acquisition, and relationship-based selling.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Permian Basin region.
