EDD is looking for a hands-on Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) IT Manager I to lead the evolution of it's enterprise data ecosystem. In this role, you won’t just manage data - you’ll shape how the department trusts, accesses, and leverages it.You’ll lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure data solutions that power analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the enterprise. Desirable Qualifications

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

• Experience with platforms like Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Databricks
• Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with tools such as dbt, AWS Glue, SSIS, Airflow, or similar
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and meta-data management
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex data initiatives end-to-end
• Ability to bridge technical depth with business strategy
• Exposure to modern analytics tools (Tableau, Snowflake Streamlit etc.)
• Experience with DataOps / CI-CD for data pipelines
