IAM L2 Engineer / Administrator

Summary

Administer and support IAM, IDM - identity Management, Active Directory, SSO , and access governance solutions by troubleshooting complex issues, managing integrations, and implementing security controls. Drive operational excellence through automation, process improvements, and collaboration with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
Responsibilities
• Administer IAM/IDM platforms, Active Directory, SSO, authentication, authorization, and access provisioning solutions across the enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot IDM, integration, authentication, and authorization issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to implement security requirements and support IAM initiatives.
• Conduct system testing, validate implementations, maintain technical documentation, and support disaster recovery and patch management activities.
• Develop automation solutions, improve IAM processes, and support user lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• Design and implement SSO enhancements, security improvements, and operational efficiencies to improve user experience and strengthen access controls.
