Corporate M&A Associate (Mid-Senior Level)

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, offers a full‑time mid‑senior level Associate position in our Corporate Practice. The role is location‑flexible, primarily working with attorneys in our Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices, but candidates will be considered across multiple East Coast locations and may collaborate across the GT platform. Job Requirements 4‑7 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on public M&A, take‑private transactions and general corporate governance. Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A transactions, and proficiency in drafting the same. Well‑versed in the mechanics of leading an M&A transaction from inception to closing, and experienced leading due diligence teams. Strong interpersonal skills, high maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility, work independently and manage a challenging workload in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Expected Pay Range For This Position Is New York City: $320,000 to $410,000 annually. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job‑related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
