No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy! *Candidate must be located in West Texas *Preferred Cities: Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, Amarillo, Abilene* What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-valueretail customers. Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers. Build productive relationships with each company's key decision makers. Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals. Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers' relevant employees. Ensure thatallthe customers'needsand expectations are met. Regularly evaluate customers' salesperformance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies. Perform other duties as assigned. Salary Range: The total estimated annual compensation, including base pay and incentives, is $85,000 - $110,000. What You'll Need(Qualifications): Bachelor's degree ispreferred. 4 years of experience in sales is required.
