About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Strategy and Corporate Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the corporate strategy of the business, supporting senior management in key strategic initiatives, and identifying new opportunities for corporate development. This role also involves working on the execution of deals and acquisitions, as well as managing and liaising with advisors. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategy, with experience as an engagement manager in top consulting firms, or be a VP-level investment banker, or a corporate development professional with a similar level of experience. A background in private equity is also considered, with a preference for candidates with 8-11 years of experience in the field. Applicants for the VP Strategy and Corporate Development role at the company should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate development and M&A. The candidate should be adept at working on high-level strategic projects, have a strong network of industry contacts, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
