About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Research Lead to oversee an executive research and relationship intelligence function. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering high-impact insights to senior leadership, advancing relationship mapping efforts, and driving continuous improvement in the team's research capabilities. This role involves leading the preparation of executive briefing materials, managing strategic relationship intelligence data, and partnering with various teams to leverage this intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years' of work experience, and a robust track record of delivering high-quality work to an executive audience, with a preference for those with a background in the financial services industry. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President, Research Lead include managing a team of research analysts, overseeing task allocation, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. The role also requires the development of innovative tools to enhance research capabilities and the integration of relationship intelligence into workflows. The candidate must be proficient in a range of tools, including CRM systems, and have a strong working knowledge of data stewardship best practices.
