Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Location: Vero Beach, FL

Duration: 8-Week Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN to support both front and back office operations in a primary care setting. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care activities, blood draws, preventative care services, patient intake, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring a positive patient experience and efficient clinic workflow.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support front and back office clinical operations

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for provider visits

• Obtain and accurately document patient information and vital signs

• Perform blood draws and phlebotomy procedures

• Assist providers with patient care and preventative health services

• Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care activities

• Answer patient inquiries and assist with administrative tasks

• Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient care areas

• Follow all clinic safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN License required

• Current BLS or CPR certification required

• Minimum 1–2 years of LPN experience preferred

• Front and back office experience required

• Phlebotomy/blood draw experience required

• Knowledge of primary care and preventative services required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a primary care setting

• EMR experience preferred

• Experience supporting preventative care programs preferred
