Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of practical experience in DevOps, cloud support, or platform engineering.
• We need hands-on experience with AWS ECS and end-to-end support of cloud-based applications.
• We expect strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, including tooling such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.
• We value strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently while coordinating with globally distributed partners.
• We need the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to operational stakeholders.
• We require familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methods.
• We need a working understanding of SQL and Kafka dependencies in modern service architectures.
• Preferred experience includes partnering with teams building Java/SpringBoot microservices and React micro frontends.
• Preferred knowledge of banking operations, data, and data-driven product delivery.

• We design, build, and run secure, stable, and scalable cloud environments that support mission-critical applications and delivery outcomes for Java/SpringBoot microservices and React micro frontends.
• We own the AWS ECS application platform support model and partner with engineering teams to keep environments available, performant, and deployment-ready.
• We implement and continuously enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
• We administer and support CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins and Spinnaker and establish consistent deployment practices across teams.
• We collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations to ensure smooth integration and release using DevOps practices.
• We identify reliability and performance bottlenecks and drive optimization for speed and scalability across services and user interfaces.
• We support data-in-motion and data-access dependencies such as Kafka and SQL in partnership with application teams.
• We contribute to Agile delivery by working within Scrum teams and aligning infrastructure and DevOps work to sprint goals.
• We mentor engineers through standards, reusable pipeline patterns, and hands-on guidance to strengthen DevOps maturity.
• We promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement by contributing to communities of practice and adopting emerging technologies.
