Customer Service AssistantAs a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role coordinating our loaner car program, radio returns, and Krex claims processing for the Servco Toyota Windward service department. This position will also assist Service Consultants with opening repair orders and active deliveries as needed.Responsibilities:Confirm customer appointments and service needsPrepare loaner agreement and ensure customer has valid driver's license and insurance documentsTrack loaner vehicle mileage and perform vehicle walk around with customerEnsure loaner vehicles are cleaned and fueled. Maintain vehicle fuel logDocument loaner vehicle damages and follow-up with customer or insurance company for payment of damagesPrepare daily loaner vehicle reportSubmit radios claims on a timely basisPack and ship returned radios to vendorOrder replacement radios and arrange for radio installation appointment when new radio arrivesPrepare and submit Krex claims and monitor status of paymentReceive and resolve customer complaints and/or route to appropriate individual or service manager for resolutionAssist Service Consultants with opening report orders and actively delivery as neededProvide clerical support to the service management teamRequirements:High school graduate or equivalentMinimum six months of general clerical or customer service work experienceAuto dealership service department experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelDealership management system experience and/or DealerTrack experience preferredAccurate typingStrong communication and customer relations skillsMust be detail oriented, able to multi-task and be a team playerAt Servco, we're committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
