We are seeking dedicated Lawn Care Workers who take pride in their work, servicing residential and commercial properties. Reporting to a Crew Leader, you will ensure lawns are well-maintained using standard lawn mowers and trimmers, especially during peak spring and summer periods.

 

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns with precision and care
• Trim edges and perform weeding tasks
• Operate irrigation systems effectively
• Maintain and service equipment regularly
• Remove debris to keep properties clean
• Interact professionally with customers
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols

• The Role at a Glance

  We are looking for dedicated Mowing Specialists who take pride in the "perfect cut." While many companies focus on heavy construction and landscape installs, our primary mission right now is high-quality turf maintenance. If you enjoy being on a mower and mastering the art of the edge, this is the position for you.

  Primary Responsibilities

• Production Mowing: High-precision mowing of residential and commercial properties using standard and commercial-grade mowers.

• The "Final Touch": Expert string trimming, edging, and blowing to ensure a crisp, professional finish.

• Efficiency: Navigating routes effectively to meet daily schedules without sacrificing quality.

• Equipment Care: Basic daily maintenance (cleaning, fueling, and blade checks) to keep your gear running smooth.

• Property Cleanup: Ensuring all hardscapes are free of clippings and debris.

• Note: This role is focused almost exclusively on mowing and maintenance ; it does not currently involve heavy landscaping or hardscape installation.

  Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional lawn care experience (specifically mowing and trimming).

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet and operating equipment in various outdoor conditions.

• Reliability: A "show up and kill it" attitude with a focus on punctuality.
