Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Night Shift)

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Night Shift) in Montclair, New Jersey.

Location: Montclair, NJ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift: Night Shift, 3x12 hours per week, from 19:00 to 07:00.

Job Description: The Telemetry unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care to adults and geriatrics. Ideal candidates will have experience in Med/Surg and MS/Tele. Responsibilities include monitoring telemetry, managing dysrhythmias, and implementing isolation precautions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' telemetry and vital signs.
• Manage dysrhythmias and implement isolation precautions.
• Administer medications and care for patients utilizing nasal cannulas and non-invasive airway management.
• Document and chart patient data using Epic or similar systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure:

• Valid state or compact RN license required at the time of submittal.
• BLS certification is required.
