Residential Life Skills Coach (formerly titled Direct Support Professional) Location: Franklin, TN or Fairview, TN Department: Residential Services Type: Part-Time Min. Experience: Entry Level The ideal Residential Life Skills Coach candidate must be creative, tech-savvy, open-minded, flexible, innovative, and have a passion for helping others. This position is under the supervision of the Residential Program Manager. Base Rate of Pay: $16.00/hour + $1/hour weekend differential Shift(s) Available: Saturday & Sunday 6 am - 6pm (12 hour shift) Saturday & Sunday 6 pm - 6am (12 hour shift, awake overnight) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company overview: Waves, Inc. was established by a group of citizens in Fairview, Tennessee in 1973. Requirements High school diploma and experience in a related field. Must be able to complete a pre-employment Criminal Background Report and Drug Screen. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time. Have a Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation. Intermediate computer skills are required.
