Vice President Commercial - Americas (Atlanta)

As part of an ambitious commercial transformation, the business is evolving from a product-focused organisation to a customer-centric, solution-led model, creating an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape its future growth.We are looking for a VP Commercial who will be responsible for the Americas region.This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for the commercial business across the region. The successful candidate will lead the commercial transformation, double the Americas business (now approximately $50m), strengthen strategic customer and distributor partnerships, support the development of commercial excellence, and develop a high-performing regional organisation. The position offers significant visibility within the global leadership team and a genuine opportunity for career progression.Key requirementsRelevant university degree; MBA is advantageousSenior commercial leadership experience within medical devices or healthcare in multi-country markets in the AmericasExperience driving solution-selling strategiesStrong background leading direct and distributor sales organisationsProven experience growing SME or high-growth businessesCommercial excellence and business growth mindsetProven commercial transformation and change leadershipTrack record of building and managing high-performing teamsExperience working within a global matrix organisationStrategic, hands-on and collaborative leadership styleStrong team and stakeholder management, and executive presenceGlobal mindset with excellent cross-cultural communicationFluent English is a must; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage
