Job Details

5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, or similar building types
Full ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
Ability to manage multiple projects or phases depending on size
Strong understanding of cost control, change orders, and project financials
