Assistant Property Manager – Multifamily (Tacoma, WA)

Location: Tacoma, Washington

Reports To: Regional Manager
Compensation: $60,000/year + Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Support the Property Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing, tours, move-ins, and move-outs
• Track rent payments, deposits, and fees; follow up on delinquent accounts
• Coordinate unit turns, inspections, and maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist vendors as needed
• Contribute ideas to marketing, resident retention, and outreach efforts

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of customer service or office experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work weekends or a flexible schedule as needed
