• Position: Part-Time and On- Call Positions Available (AM, PM, and NOC Shift)
• Location: St. Francis Healthcare Center
• Rate: $ 22.00-$ 25.00 per hour

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you are the heart of our resident care team.

• Resident Advocacy: Observe and report patients' status, needs, and changes to the nursing leadership team.
• Responsive Care: Promptly answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a smile.
• Clinical Support: Assist with the essential flow of the facility, including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Nutrition Support: Serve meals and assist with tray distribution and pick-up, ensuring our residents are well-nourished.
• Quality of Life: Implement specific procedures and programs designed to keep our residents safe, clean, and comfortable.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Heart for Service: A genuine desire to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and make a difference.
• Reliability: Strong punctuality and a commitment to your scheduled shifts.
