As our Workers’ Compensation Claims Consultant on the Claims team, you’ll obtain claims status updates from carrier partners, provide suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to assist with claim resolution, and develop claims management strategies with clients. Services should help clients reduce the cost of claims and provide clients with the necessary information to determine the best claims management approach for their organization.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:5-7 years of claims experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims servicesBachelor’s degree in related fieldMust be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skillsGood interpersonal skills and high sense of urgencyExcellent written and verbal communicationPrior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peersStrong interpersonal and customer-service related skillsProficiency in MS office applicationsThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM preferredWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
