Part Time Store Associate - Merrell

Responsibilities Engage customers by being fully knowledgeable about store products and policies. Operate point of sale register, accurately record transactions and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment. Detect theft and other security risks. Handle inventory such as merchandise and displays, moving boxes and items up to 40 lbs and climbing ladders. Create amazing experiences for our customers. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics. Follow best in class operational and presentation standards. Work together as a team. Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated personal success in work, school, sports, etc. Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience (a plus). i> Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Retail environment.
