You will develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, screen candidates, present offers, and manage pre-employment processing. You will work with Operations, HR, and Safety & Compliance to ensure timely hiring and drive qualified driver onboarding across local, regional, dedicated, and OTR roles.
