Clinician I or II - Outpatient Child Services ($3,000 Sign on Bonus)

New River Valley Community Services, one of the largest Community Service Boards in Virginia, works hard to stay on the pulse of innovative, evidence-based practices for providing high quality care to the NRV and we can use your help! Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with children and adolescents. Child therapists can access a shared play therapy room and can receive supervision with a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and work toward credentialing as a Registered Play Therapist. Successful applicants should have experience working with children/adolescents and their families. Starting Salary:




Outpatient Clinician I: $46,706-Depending on Experience




Outpatient Clinician II: $56,518-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:




Outpatient Clinician I:

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other license-eligible human services field is required.
• Required to register and become licensed-eligible within 3 months of hire, with Virginia Board of Counseling.

Outpatient Clinician II:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible human services field required.
• State of Virginia license required in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family or other related field.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
