Mandatory Qualifications (MQs)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mobile and cloud solution architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven experience integrating real-time geospatial data feeds (GeoJSON/ArcGIS) and streaming services.
• Deep understanding of mobile DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable cloud hosting (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization, offline synchronization, and data-encryption methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design the SaaS solution using secure cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS or equivalent).
• Oversee API integration with CAL FIRE data sources (e.g., GeoJSON, ArcGIS, AVL).
• Define technical approach for mobile applications (React Native/Flutter or equivalent).
• Establish CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps practices aligned with state security standards (SAM §5305.8c).
• Conduct code reviews and ensure solution meets performance and scalability requirements.
• Mentor development team and coordinate with QA for test readiness.
