The role maintains data integrity and supports financialreporting and regulatory compliance. It requires strong organizational, technical, and analytical skills tomanage payroll workflows, deadlines, and complex transactions while resolving discrepancies. Theposition also requires the ability to prioritize competing demands, adapt to changing priorities, andconsistently deliver accurate, high-quality payroll operations.**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**Education/Licensure/Certification:· Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.· Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.Knowledge/Experience:· Four years of experience in payroll required.· Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.· Extensive knowledge of email, Excel functions/spreadsheet techniques and word processingsoftware.· Experience with Workday Payroll and/or JBDev preferred.· Working knowledge of payroll laws and procedures; working knowledge of financial transactionsprocedures.Skills:· Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and ensureaccuracy.· Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll issues.· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
