Job Title: Aerospace Hydraulics Planner Location Tucson, AZ 85743, USA Description Sargent Aerospace & Defense is a leading supplier of precision engineered products to the aerospace and defense industries. Responsibilities Ensure safety is the foundation of daily work through vigilance and accountability Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders Conduct capacity analysis and material requirements planning Review demand to determine quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority Interface with Procurement and Production on material status and scheduling issues Assist in maintaining accuracy of the database Provide analysis support for shipment plans, changes and effects, gross margin, cycle time, etc. Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience Associate’s degree at a minimum 4–8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or related field Experience with production control, expediting, ERP systems, and MS Office applications Must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred APICS/ASCM Certification Benefits Competitive Compensation Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time 401k Savings & Investment Plan Bonus platform Medical/Dental/Vision Plans
