DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Opportunity IPSF is seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing & Communications team. This hands‑on role is ideal for a creative, organized professional who enjoys digital content, social media, email marketing, website updates, and helping bring campaigns and events to life. What You’ll Do Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email, and other digital channels. Maintain website content and assist with email campaigns and digital communications. Create basic graphics in Canva and organize photos, videos, and other digital assets. Support marketing efforts for events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Assist with CRM lists, marketing data, analytics, tracking, and reporting. What We’re Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience with social media, website content management, and/or email marketing tools. Working knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design applications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred; one or more years of digital marketing, communications, or related experience preferred. Position Details Part-time, non-exempt | 20–25 hours per week | $27.00–$31.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience | Irvine, CA. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday within normal office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend events.
