As a Software Test Engineer on our team, you’ll collaborate with developers, requirements analysts, and government stakeholders to validate software for your client. You’ll create test strategies and detailed procedures, trace requirements to verification methods, and execute tests that span functional, integration, regression, performance, and mission‑relevant evaluation. You Have:2+ years of experience performing software testing, systems validation, or verification activities Experience with JiraExperience analyzing and comprehending software requirements, and defining test methods Experience developing test plans, test cases, and detailed test procedures Experience conducting functional, integration, regression, or performance testing Experience in communicating findings to development teams Ability to collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and government test organizations TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience with SQL scripting Experience with human resources IT systems Experience with automation and API tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or CypressExperience with Agile frameworks and Continuous Integration or Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
