Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair, following established recipes and standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process orders accurately and handle transactions smoothly. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils regularly to ensure seamless service. Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination or spoilage. Qualifications Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment. Ability to operate POS systems confidently for order processing and payments. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
