Diabetes Educator RN: Empower Self‑Management

Grady Memorial Hospital

Grady Health System in Atlanta is looking for a dedicated Diabetes Educator RN to provide evidence-based diabetes self-management education. This role involves assessing individual needs, developing tailored education plans, and supporting patients to achieve their health goals. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a registered nurse along with an Associate’s degree in Nursing.
