Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative(s) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing medical product and service information and resolving technical issues. heavy phone contact with patients, insurance carriers and our technical staff. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Hours of Operation are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- Previous experience customer service, in a medical setting, sales, or other related fields desired
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work attendance history essential
