This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who is sharp, confident on the phones, and quick on a keyboard. We are a major wholesale distributor sourcing components to commercial tire facilities, auto dealerships, and industrial fleet accounts nationwide.

We aren't looking for passive data entry clerks. We need a B2B Order Specialist who can handle fast-talking shop managers, navigate a deep technical catalog under pressure, and accurately secure orders. If you have a background in automotive parts, industrial distribution, or high-volume wholesale ordering, this desk is for you.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Command the Phones: Take inbound calls from commercial clients and tire shops, handling their order requests, looking up stock, and confidently managing the account workflow.
• Catalog Navigation: Rapidly jump through our digital inventory system to verify precise technical parts, component dimensions, and compatibility options while the client is on the line.
• Order Logistics: Process high-volume wholesale orders, handle complex multi-item exchanges, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure fast shipping pipelines.
• Account Tracking: Keep corporate client files, custom wholesale pricing tiers, and order logs perfectly updated in our CRM system.

What You Must Bring to the Table:

• Phone Backbone: You are assertive, thick-skinned, and comfortable controlling a conversation with busy shop environments.
• Catalog Muscle: You have a proven ability to memorize deep, complex product lines quickly and can navigate specialized database software with ease.
• Stability: A consistent, dependable work history that shows you stick with your employers long-term.
• Location: Reliable transportation to our corporate facility in the Carillon area of Pinellas County.
