Build, Lead, and Scale a Winning Canvassing Team

Florida’s premier water treatment company, with over 60 years of trusted service improving residential water quality, is seeking a driven Lead Generation Manager to lead and grow a high-performing door-to-door acquisition team.

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced canvassing professional who knows how to recruit, train, and develop top-tier field talent while driving consistent production and results.

If you have a proven track record in canvassing leadership within home improvement or related industries, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, interview, hire, and onboard canvassing representatives
• Train and develop new and existing canvassers for consistent performance
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings
• Coach field performance, including scripting, rebuttals, and objection handling
• Build and refine canvassing strategies and neighborhood targeting plans
• Manage route planning and territory optimization
• Monitor KPIs and drive team accountability
• Work closely with sales leadership to maximize appointment setting success

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in canvassing leadership (required)
• Background in home improvement, water treatment, solar, roofing, or similar industries preferred
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team-building skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Experience building or scaling door-to-door canvassing teams
• High energy, competitive mindset, and results-driven attitude
