Facility Operations SupervisorThis individual is responsible for performing all aspects of general facility operations under the direct supervision of the client (Field Production Supervisor). Supports company vision and mission. Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings. This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Reviews and monitors prior shift, to check for accuracy, daily computer log and scan process board.Monitors and maintains operations by measuring and regulating flow of product.Monitors and maintains pipeline by conducting studies and inspections.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.Prepares pipeline reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Inspects equipment for safety problems, leaks, wear and tear, and makes or recommends appropriate repairs and maintenance.Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.Maintains safe and healthy work environment by practicing pipeline standards, adhering to legal regulations, and conducting inspections.Monitors and maintains logs of meter readings, test results, and adjustments made.Supports company vision and mission.Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.Able to work a shift schedule of 7/7 or 14/14 with a minimum of 12 hour work days.Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties as assigned by management.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Ability to consider safety in all decisions.Self-starter, team player, and comfortable working under pressure.Physical Requirements:MOBILITY: While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses computers on a daily basis. He/she is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.HEARING: The employee frequently is required to talk or hear while answering phones, working with customers, clients, supervisors, etc.VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner. Ability to see and complete work on a personal computer and read color coded writing on equipment forms, etc.LIFTING: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist, 50 lbs. from waist to shoulder height. Must be able to carry 50 lbs. for 20 feet.
