  • Client Consultation: Meeting with clients (in-person, phone, email) to define project scope for signs, screen printing, or embroidery.
  • Quoting & Estimating: Preparing accurate quotes using shop management software or Excel.
  • Artwork Management: Collecting artwork files, validating file types, and saving them to designated job folders.
  • Order Entry & Coordination: Entering detailed specifications into the computer and tracking order status.
  • Correspondence: Managing email communications back and forth to ensure quote & design approvals.

 

- Skills needed... Some Trained.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail (crucial for custom orders).
  • Computer proficiency and experience with POS or CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of signs, screen printing, or embroidery techniques.
