Associate Manager, Commercial Operations & Analytics

Responsibilities Oversee the development of proposals and ensure that projects meet and exceed quality standards while delivering on time and within budget Build and enhance complex reports, online tools, and data processes; perform advanced analyses and communicate insights effectively to clients Utilize SAS, Python, VBA to facilitate data processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Grow external client engagements, own key aspects of client relationships, and ensure satisfaction Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes; manage financial aspects of projects, including drafting SOWs and managing invoices Identify areas for firm growth, creating action plans that include new offerings and improvements to best practices Motivate & guide diverse teams while fostering an innovative, inclusive, collaborative work environment; support teams’ professional development Contribute to management initiatives, including employee engagement, recruitment, training, and ongoing education; contribute to internal initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) are strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude, with exceptional problem‑solving skills Proven project management and people management skills, with experience as a team leader or manager Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry Employment Policy: We are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization.
