NPI Team Lead

Job Responsibilities Lead activities defining NPI program deliverables, scope, timelines, and business case. Develop overall program schedule, coordinating all teams from product development to validation and value chain readiness. Create, lead, and coordinate Gate Reviews and other stakeholder reviews. Manage the program team and monitor gaps to achieve program goals. Serve as a link between all teams involved in program execution, driving a consistent approach for gap resolution and recommendations for leadership decisions. Provide input into marketing strategies and customer messages related to products and markets impacted by the program. Act as the NPI expert in support of all project teams. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Understanding of major product groups, features, and market positioning to support decisions and program execution. Planning ability to develop tactical plans and contribute to long‑term strategic planning aligned with business objectives. Experience applying quality tools and continuous improvement practices to ensure deliverables meet standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Problem‑solving skills using structured methods to analyze issues and develop effective solutions. Customer‑focused approach with ability to monitor service quality and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Additional Qualifications Prior experience leading or participating in NPI programs. Excellent leadership and team‑management capabilities. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management (preferred). Strong commercial, business, engineering, and manufacturing skills including product test & development, materials, accounting, and pricing functions. Project or people‑leadership experience and progressively responsible job‑related experience. Location & Travel Primary location: Tucson, AZ. Domestic relocation assistance available. Position may require up to 15% travel. No visa sponsorship available. Job Details Posting Dates: 5/21/2026 – 6/4/2026. Salary range $147,760.00 – $221,640.00.
